At SHIELD, we know it’s critical for a Franchisee to find a business that best suits their personality and goals. And we’re seeking franchise partners who feel as we do -- that complete customer satisfaction leads to better business.
Carrying on the SHIELD tradition is important to us, and our evaluation process provides you with all the information you'll need to make an informed decision about whether to join the SHIELD family.
Each situation is unique, so our goal is to answer all your questions so that we each have the information needed to make an informed business decision about entering a franchise relationship together.
At the same time you are gathering and assimilating information about us, we will be asking for information about you. This entire process normally takes from two to four weeks and is conducted through a series of phone calls, interviews and on-site investigation (both your market and our home office).
Since successful franchise systems are invariably process oriented, each successive step of our process depends on the successful completion of the prior one. It is our goal to answer all of your questions in a timely, organized fashion - with the ultimate goal of meeting you in person for Discovery Day at our headquarters near Buffalo.
